The Mental Wealth Festival returns to City Lit from 7 to 10 October 2026, marking its 12th year of bringing people together to explore, support and celebrate mental health and wellbeing.

Over four days, the festival will feature a diverse programme of talks, panel discussions, workshops, creative activities and performances, offering opportunities to learn from experts, share experiences and connect with others in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Through a blend of education, creativity and community, the festival aims to encourage open conversations about mental health and provide practical tools for wellbeing.

Whether you're looking to gain new insights, try something creative, meet like-minded people or simply take time to focus on your wellbeing, the Mental Wealth Festival offers something for everyone.

A selection of events is already available to book, with more being added throughout the summer. Visit www.citylit.ac.uk/mwf to explore the programme and join us this October.
