DUEA

DUEA is a stream alive in summer and silent in winter, it flows near the house where Chiara and Sara grew up, in Sampeyre in the Varaita Valley.

This valley overlooking Monviso is rich in traditions that resonate in the melodies, rhythms and dances of popular music, an indispensable element during the festivals. DUEA’s music has its roots in traditional melodies, but takes off with original songs for two violins, contaminated by international folk and a pinch of electronics.
